Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Office Manager to lead our sales team from our office in Bradford. This role is vital in driving sales growth and maintaining our reputation for quality and service excellence. Join us to be part of a dynamic company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sales office, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage B2B client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Utilize Salesforce and other analysis tools to monitor sales metrics and generate reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
1 Sunday every month (11am-6pm)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within a sales environment.
- Strong background in B2B sales.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales data.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with company goals.
- Experience in the food or catering supplies industry is a plus.
